The Bristol Chorale & Orchestra Annual Spring Concert

The Bristol Chorale and Chamber Orchestra of Massachusetts, under the direction of Maestro Earl Raney, presents their annual Spring Concert on Sunday, May 3, 3:00 p.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 647 North Main Street, Attleboro.

The program titled “Here Comes the Sun” will include beloved chorale works by Mozart, Schubert, Trotta, and Rutter, plus treasured African-American spirituals, including Didn’t My Lord Deliver Daniel, Keep Your Lamps, and Down to the River to Pray.  Also featured are pops hits, including Cyndi Lauper’s Time After TIme, Laufey’s bossa nova From the Start, and 60s rock hits by The Beatles.  The program concludes with a celebration of America’s 250th Anniversary!

Conductor Raney says, “This concert will put a song in your heart and a spring in your step as we welcome warmer days ahead. Come celebrate spring with our wonderful community singers and amazing chamber orchestra featuring Boston Pops-style show stoppers not to be missed.”
